If you are a parent or guardian who applied for child care prior to April 20, 2012 please do not create an account unless you received notice to do so from a child care centre. You should have received a letter from The District of Thunder Bay Social Services Administration Board with your account details if your information has been entered. The letters were mailed on May 1, 2012. If you did not receive your account information, please contact your child care provider.
To complete your application, you must first create an account . Once you create an account you will automatically receive an email with a username and passphrase so that you can sign-in later to make any changes to your information.
